What is your refund/return policy?

We want you to be satisfied, so EVERY product is automatically protected for a minimum of 30 days after your purchase date. Some products carry up to a 1 year warranty. That means that if you have any problems, we’ll either replace your product, have it repaired or provide technical support to resolve the issue during that warranty period. If a product is defective or faulty then it may be returned for a refund within 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card and EFT payments (this includes cash and ATM deposits). If you have a preferred payment method not mentioned then get in touch and we’ll see what can be done to accommodate you.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on a variety of factors, including stock availability, destination country, customs, courier services, etc, and cannot be predicted. We can guarantee that your order will be processed immediately your payment has been received and dispatched without delay. You will also be able to track the progress of your order and delivery at any time via your account on our site and we’ll keep in touch to let you know of any important information concerning your order.

How secure is the Spy Store?

We do not collect or store any financial or banking information of yours. All electronic payments are processed by PayFast.co.za (South Africa’s leading payment gateway) who has an unblemished record for privacy and security of your information. Any other personal information provided to us is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act and will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided.

What happens after ordering?

Once your payment has been received, we will get straight onto arranging the delivery of your product. If you purchase after hours then we’ll attend to your order on the next business day. As soon as your product has been dispatched (either by us if in stock or directly by the supplier) then we’ll update your orders page so that you can track the delivery progress. If there are any other details we need from you or if there is something important that we need to communicate to you about your order then we’ll get in touch on the contact details you provided at checkout.
