Q: What software do you need to view this camera’s recordings?
A: We suggest using VLC Media Player to play the recorded files back on your computer. VLC is available as a free download online, if you don’t already have it on your computer. We suggest this media player over Windows Media Player or Quicktime, as sometimes these media players cannot understand the language that the video is recorded in, and will either not play it at all or will respond with an error message.

A: The memory usage specifications are: 15 minute of recording per 1 GB of storage space, when recording in high frame rate, and 1 hour of recording per 1 GB of storage space, when recording in low frame rate.
